“By gradually  archiving  samples of  naivité, similar to a child  observing the world, I ask myself:  ”Why are certain feelings evoked in me?” . Smell, sound and taste, light, interpersonal relationships and connections all merge within my practice blending a perfect synesthesia of materiality and sentiment. Human behaviour feeds my work. Energy jolting through ones  body, the ecstatic joy of being in love, gripping fear of the unknown, the wonder of approaching an abyss, curiosity for each other... These interactions nurture my practice and spark my artistic force towards bending, welding and transforming metal into abstract gestures.

My aim is to explore the intersection between feelings, the way they are processed and how they are physically expressed. It is a search for varied spaces within the human body : where can these areas be found? How can we access them? Unravelling as winding and fluorescent forms, my sculptures traverse introspective realms towards what lies beyond. Beyond colour, beyond death, beyond life, or in the exact clash between these opposing forces.

It is as aggressive as it is fragile. A gripping quest to find the space where all things exist, where nature, textures, memories can be felt.”
